WHAT IS CCDI AWARDS
In business theory, a disruptive innovation is an innovation that creates a new market and value network and eventually disrupts an existing market and value network, displacing established market-leading firms, products, and alliances.
5TJFA25 stands for US$5 Trillion GDP and Jobs for All by 2025 in India. Most believe that this is impossible. Sanjay thinks it is improbable but possible if BRJP (Bureaucrats, Regulators, Judiciary, Politicians) become enablers and attract a lot of private investment (foreign and domestic). This is necessary but not sufficient. One of the other things that is required is for some intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs to dream big and use disruptive innovation to build the large global companies of the future ($100 Billion Market Cap +)
CCDI AWARDS is our way to incentivise and help the startup founders at any stage or intrapreneurs in large companies to build for millions and disrupt existing industries.

Sanjay will introduce the winning team to the PayPal Mafia if they want an introduction
Sanjay will coach aspirants whose applications pass an initial screen pro bono
For Pre-seed startups the coaching will be helpful to qualify for the Village Global VC
About Sanjay
Sanjay is from IIT Mumbai (1978) and a gold medalist from IIM Ahmedabad (1980). He was on the PayPal Founding team and is credited by Elon Musk and Reid Hoffman for a key invention that made the PayPal business model work. He is currently based in New Delhi
About Avdhoot
Avdhoot is currently an MBA Finance student at JBIMS. He is interested in startups, VC investments & disruptive innovation. He is assisting Sanjay in the operations of the CCDI Awards.
